I remember when the DNT just ran wild with this story and shouted MALPRACTICE from the rooftops. No mention of that in this story I see. Big surprise.

That’s simply not true. They shouted about other issues and cases involving this horrible surgeon, but this was not one of them. This cased ended as it should have. People need to accept that getting old and dying is a fact of life. You can’t blame your medical care, or your lack of medical care because you died from procedural complications after a 80 years of creating the problem to begin with.
