I very much appreciate the fact that the city’s management is doing such a good job of maintaining the high S&P rating and balancing the books, along with managing the debt. It’s harder than ever to do, given cuts in LGA from the state. Mr. Clark, for one, is doing an exemplary job and I am glad he is still on the job.
