Skinny new building is right. I was wondering why would you put up a shelter with a roof so small? You will still get wet if you were standing under it. The shelter in Garfield is nice. You could park 2 cars under it. SMH

It’s not intended to be a shelter.
It’s a kiosk.
There will be informative panels down the center.
The roof is intended more to protect the panels than people.

If it’s not intended to provide shelter, why does the article refer to it as such? Is it a poor design for the inteneded pupose or is the purpose misstated in the article?
