Julie Emerson is the last person who should be involved in any type of money situation & ISD 93. Carlton has had financial woes going on 20+ years, and she ran on a platform of blocking any actual progress towards resolving the issue.

The craziest part of this is that we are all native americcans now. When are we going to assimalate and blend in as one country. Isn’t 200 years of voluntary segragation enough. There will always be problems until we all become Americans instead of African Americans, Native Americans, Mexican Americans and so on. This is a problem that we continue to choose to have, it is time to grow up and go forward…………
