This author needs to do some research. I heard they have this thingy call the internet now. Anyone can look up things.
One particular thing would be that the bank bail out, also known as Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, wasn’t signed by Obama as president. It was voted on by 172 ya and 63 nay on the Democratic side, and 108 ya and 91 nay by Republicans in the House. It passed the Senate by 74-25. This bi-partisan bill was then signed by George Bush on October 3, 2008….which is well before the 08 elections.
As for the other complaints, those are opinions of the President with little to no facts.

Just got to watch your video. Its a cleaver EDITED video that doesn’t show the whole context of the conversations. Anyone can take part of a hearing, piece it together and make it look how they want. If you want real proof, then show the whole hearing. To show some ginned up youtube video as indisputable fact won’t benifit your arguement.
Also, Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, which the author of this article is complaining about, was primary in response to the subprime loan failures/swaps in the banking industry. “And here is the key section of the dissenting report signed by 3 of 4 Republicans:…..Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac did not by themselves cause the crisis, but they contributed significantly in a number of ways.” Your idea that Fannie and Freddie were the sole cause isn’t even agreed upon by Republicans. Unregulated subprime loan swaps by the banking industry was the major player in the collapse.
