This is a completely “fluff” piece of (supposed) journalism — and amounts to a free infomercial for so called “alternative and complementary medicine.”
The objective reality is quite simple: if there was reasonable evidence that these modalities amounted to anything more than placebos, then they would be “medicine” (not “alternative medicine”).
Spare me the outraged “It worked for me!” stories — and note that the plural of anecdote is not scientific data.
