This story demonstrates how the federal government, by way of FEMA, is an abject failure and farce. The primary purpose of FEMA is, ostensibly to deal emergencies, but in truth, enriches the ruling parasitical class, by way of tax revenues to support the useless bureaucracy. This was proven at Katina and again with Sandy.
The story is also an example of how efforts at the local level are frequently most effective.
Finally … the *obscene* class of helpless, government dependents, who “yelled or signaled obscenities at workers ” … speaks for itself. Let them eat cake.
