Why is this public menace allowed on our streets??? I can understand getting ONE DWI, though I have never got one, I won’t lie and say I have never driven while intoxicated in my youth, but a person should learn from mistakes. I know many people who have recieved two DWI’s again, less understandable but some people learn slowly. But when a person receives four to five or more you are scofflaw and a public hazard and should be locked up to protect the public!!
