I see a lot of complaining about the kick or no kick decision, but I thought the end of the field they would have kicked to was more or less against a side / head wind. The other end of the field would have been the easier end to kick to. I have to admit, I don’t quite know how windy it was at that time. It was definitely windier in the first half versus the second and that is the half where the Sioux had good success passing. It is good to see though that people are mad and do care about football. I think that is a good sign for the future of football and attendence going into next year. I was very surprised how small UNC’s stadium was and it is not that impressive for a BigSky program in my opinion and they actually built that when going into the BigSky. They did not build to impress the masses.
