This is crazy! Why let the federal government take charge?! We have to have it, so why not have our OWN state set it up?! It’s spelled out very clear that we will have LESS choice and options with a federal program. Figure it out Gov. D!!

That’s what I find most interesting, that BCBS is providing help to a number of states other than North Dakota with the exchanges.
