Three capital letters might change this outlook and for the foreseeable future. It’s not near as rosy a future as one might expect reading this article. The recent election only intensifies the situation. Sure, most of the drilling is being done on private land and the state is doing a great job of managing it, but they will tell you themselves, they are looking over their shoulders at the impending doom about to be lowered on all of us…….
EPA…………they want control over the fracking procedures and want a “one fits all” solution to it nationwide. It’s not about using common sense or looking at different scientific studies…..it’s all about power and control. “You people at the state level aren’t sophisticated enough to know what’s good or you and that’s why we are trying our best to wrestle control from you backward hicks out in the sticks”! And they have the biggest aceof all up their sleeves….

The only way this administration wants to be the world leader in energy production is if it is not based on fossil fuels.
