Nolan is a word that starts with a “w” that stands for a person with no moral compass. Be-partisan? Pure baloney. Nolan should use his influence to prompt his Dem colleagues in the Senate to introduce and press the land swap bill as passed by the House. It’s what the MN legislature asked for and the Gov signed. His hesitance has the whiff of obstructionism to it. Congressman, you were elected to get meaningful jobs to NE MN. Make it so.
