Lazy piece of self promotion. How much were these people paid to report how wonderful the city is doing? High per capita income, abundance of jobs, vibrant industry will draw people and business. But the city is choosing style over substance, just like the school district.
Try taking care of the people who are here!!!! Fix the sewers, water pipes, pot holes, the flood ravaged areas.

Duluth would be better off if pot were legalized & that tax money dedicated to infrastructure repairs, like mentioned earlier. This is just fluffy foo-foo crap.
