Local attorney James “Jamie” Johnson announced this week that he intends to file for candidacy for Hudson School Board for the election in April 2013. Continue Reading

Jamie Johnson provides no original factual information on his own, but rather promulgates that which was given to him. See his speech at the August board meeting promoting the dogtrack:

In private settings, the basis for his argument was a personal desire for his own children to graduate from the fancy new high school.
Our community needs someone running for school board who is capable of standing on their own as a voice for the children and the taxpayers, independently researches information, collaborates, and uses logic to formulate creative solutions. Electing someone that fulfills these requirements will ensure a credible voice for the community and the children with plausible resolutions to address the space needs.
I am all for diversity on the board, but another lawyer in the mix is the last thing we need; there is already superfluous representation with the school district’s attorney Mick Waldspurger and board member Dan Tjornehoj.
Hot debate. What do you think?

Attending Hudson School Board meetings and sorting out the different personalities is more fun than watching reruns of “As the World Turns.”

Phil, do you personally know James “Jamie” Johnson”? Do you have a prior relationship with him?
Just wondering, because if you do….great, you can speak to his character…if you don’t know him, claiming he isn’t someone who is capable of standing on his own as a voice for the children and the taxpayers, independently researches information, collaborates, and uses logic to formulate creative solutions has no basis whatsoever…its just the baseless claim of a random person.
I sure hope you are not making assumptions about him not really knowing anything about him other that what you saw in a 3:18 clip on the Patch.
