Education officials plan Dickinson State visit

Representatives from the U.S. Department of Education will be visiting Dickinson State University later this month, although the trip is not believed to be in direct reference to the recent scandal that rocked DSU. Continue Reading

“The Higher Learning Commission, an arm of the NCA, has the power to strip away an institution’s status as an accredited place of higher learning, which would be the next step for the NLC after placing an institution “on notice.””
The fact that the “Higher Learning Commission” (HLC) hasn’t already tossed DSU’s accreditation based on known fraud and illegal acts speaks volumes about the legitimacy of the HLC.
Seems they’ll pet ANY dog–for a fee. As long as the accreditation money rolls in, an institution would–apparently–have to murder people to lose that accreditation.
It is utterly shameful that Do-Nothing Dalrymple has allowed the SBHE/NDUS to let this problem fester with essentially zero remediation. Not one person has been arrested in this conspiracy to falsify government documents and commit fraud, not one person has been fired for the unethical behavior related to Charmin Diplomas.
Looks like it’s going under-the-carpet after all.

DSU has refused to reply to numerous e-mails I’ve sent.
NDUS has refused to reply to numerous e-mails I’ve sent.
Dalrymple’s secretary did provide a return ‘phone call after SEVERAL complaints to the Governor. She made a bunch of excuses for why Do-Nothing Dalrymple…wasn’t going to do anything.
The individuals listed on the NDUS web site have ALL refused to respond to an e-mail I sent EACH ONE.
The corruption goes all the way to the top. Scum floats.
