We also need to redesign our treatment centers to provide better than a 9% success rate. Paying tens of thousands to sit in groups and watching videos is not exactly what I ‘d invest in to solve the problem. Do I have the answer? No. But pouring money into something that doesn’t work isnt the answer either. I’d also like to see the Res do more, since they are awash with cash from their casinos. This is their problem too. Giving an 18 year old tens of thousands of dollars makes the problem worse. Regardless of race.
