North Dakota, where you get a slap on the wrist for beating a dog to death and you can spray whatever you want on the ground!
The animal thing was probably a red herring, or rather, a lightning rod, to draw complaints and attention away from the broad wording in this. If there’s one thing North Dakotans will get more emotional over than animals, it’s farming.
Think that news tidbit about the price of cropland in ND shooting way up is in any way related?

The lock is installed. Frankenfood, Roundup, a thousand animals in the space two should have. We’ll live to regret this.
There was no way this wasn’t going to pass–not in ND.
Shameful. Predictable.
Who funded this measure? Monsanto and ADM via shell corporations and “anonymous” donations???
