I voted at Precinct 2 at 8:15 am and heard the poll worker tell several people including me to fill the ovals in completely and then she read right from the ballot and said that by not filling in an oval it counts as a no vote. I didn’t feel like she was influencing one way or the other and was just reading the ballot instructions to me.
There were several people in front of me that thought they were registered, but then the worker could not find their name in the book and he turned them away. I wonder what happened to them? Perhaps they were in the wrong precinct.

We were informed by the election judge also in St. Paul Park regarding the amendments. Informed-not influenced.
