Sporadic problems were reported Tuesday at polling places around the country, including a confrontation in Pennsylvania involving Republican inspectors over access to some polls and a voting machine that lit up for Republican Mitt Romney even when a voter pressed the button for President Barack Obama. It is still early, but the polling places that are reporting problems is disturbing, and Duluth also gets in the news for the some conservative dolt hanging the president in effigy from a local bill board. How low can the GOP go? These are your neighbors.
