Mr. Simonson can thank the Minnesota Supreme Court for his victory when they took the law into their own hands and disregarded the deadline to have a candidate replaced when Gauthier dropped out. I applaud Travis Silvers and Jay Fosle for running the clean, positive, respectable campaigns they did despite everything being turned against them by someone who wouldn’t play by the rules.
