I disagree, I believe a planner will benefit Jamestown and surrounding area. The members of the Jamestown Planning Commission have been short on their responsibilities with future planning for the city and it is showing with development at a snails pace. A planner can concentrate on this area and let the Commission do whatever they do.
A good plan for the future!
