Why anyone would even consider Conrad for dogcatcher is beyond me. Had he been a CFO of a private sector company, and not produced a budget in one year, he would have been canned. Here’s a guy who couldn’t produce one in three years, yet suffered no consequences. Wonder why the country is a mess? 400+ dodos in DC who are clueless. And, btw, this is the same guy Tom Dennis urged to stay on the Budget Committee because he was so valuable. I imagine that’s on op/ed Tom has excised from his portfolio.
