Some landowners are getting weary after dealing with multiple pipeline companies. Some have not followed through in their promise to promptly repair damaged soil. But industry officials say building more pipelines is the only way to get trucks off the road.

But moving the oil by truck creates great paying jobs in the state, pipelines dont create and maintain the number of jobs that trucks do.

As long as the pipeline doesn’t go to a seaport, or cannot be shipped to a seaport I am all for it. Until we stop buying oil from Saudia Arabia and the rest of the middle east I don’t think any of our oil should be allowed to be exported. This should be federally mandated.

Trucks kill people, pollute the air, and wear out the roads.
Pipelines are safer, cleaner, and more efficient.
