This is obviously one of the many former drivers, visiting Duluth years ago, who got a ticket from her. After driving around several blocks for a half hour to find a place downtown and finally get one somewhat near where they wanted to go, they plugged the meter. Later, coming out of the store, the meter had just expired and the meter maid ticketed him, in spite of being only a half a minute late getting back to the car. Well, there you go — reincarnation (and payback) is a bitch!
