“The White Earth Indian Reservation declared the entire reservation a wolf sanctuary and no wolf hunting will be allowed.”
The White Earth Indian Reservation is an open reservation. I wish the writer would have addressed that fact. Are private property owners beholden to Tribe with regard to the wolf population and hunting?

Are the people of Minnesota so petty that it disappoints them that there may two wolf packs, each with 6 to 8 wolves, that they will not be allowed to kill?
