The thief in this event obviously doesn’t respect the right to freedom of speech, why would we expect them to understand what they are voting for. Vote “Yes” on the marriage amendment. Protect your rights to a legal marriage!

If you are a heterosexual, your marriage rights are already protected. There’s a law already in place. Voting “Yes” won’t change a thing. It’s unnecessary and amendments like this do nothing to preserve anyone’s rights. If anything, it’s fear-mongering. Amendments like this are designed to take legitimate rights away. Nor will your life change if the amendment is defeated. I believe the Globe editorial explained this clearly.
Stealing yard signs is wrong. Lots of signs — for candidates and issues — are disappearing all over the state. Lots of people are doing it; that doesn’t make it right. I’m just saying there’s plenty of blame to go around.
