WE NEED a drastic change in the education system, starting with the abolition of the Federal Department of Education and the outlawing of teachers unions in all public institutions. This initiative is a positive step toward curbing the arrogant demands of union teachers who want the guarantee of a job and increased benefits without the sanction of dismissal for malfeasance or incompetence. A RESOUNDING YES on election day for 16 ! LET SOUTH DAKOTA LEAD THE WAY
