I would just like to say that the reference to the UN Arms “ban” is incorrect. The UN Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) is not designed to take away our rights to own and purchase firearms. It is intended to crack down on the INTERNATIONAL ILLEGAL trade of conventional weapons. Also, this treaty was not signed by the US and other countries because of wording. Also case law prohibits an international treaty from eliminating constitutional rights, Reid v. Covert, 354 U.S. 1 (1957).
