I lived in Hermantown for 15 years. We were subjected to a $2.00 per month FEE on our electric bill to be collected by MP&L and it was to be used to put in several street lights throughout Hermantown. I have yet to see any of them installed based on those FEES. Good Luck to the residents of Hermantown. Now your city officials want to subject the people that do not live in your city to a TAX that will not benifit those Taxpayers.
