“…if two men want to go into a restaurant and start kissing each other and (restaurant workers) do anything, the hard hand of the law goes afterwards.” What is it, Mr. Camenker, that restaurant workers should do if two men kiss? What if it’s two women? A man and a woman not married, engaged, or in a relationship leading to marriage? What is the issue here? David and Tonia Parker objected to their son having access to a book in his Massachusetts school that discussed a child with two same-sex parents, as well as other types of families. They wanted to be informed every time homosexuality came up in the child’s classroom, so they filed a lawsuit that eventually failed. Following that, they moved from Massachusetts and currently home-school their children. This situation does not equate to the teaching of sexual orientation and gay marriage in schools.
