Oshkosh Corp turns down Icahn takeover bid, becomes political issue

Wisconsin News – The Oshkosh Corporation’s board of directors said no today to a takeover bid by billionaire Carl Icahn. He offered to spend 32-and-a-half dollars per share but board members said Icahn was under-valuing the company and his offer is not in the stockholders’ best interest.
