Who owns the poles? Fiber project caught up in jurisdictional tangle

C’mon, Folks…this issue has been known about for a number of years. Frontier made their point about pole ownership a long time ago. I recall reading and hearing about it on more than one occasion. I don’t understand why it hasn’t been addressed by the city, county and the fiber project management group before lines were starting to be attached. And, if the city has been expending city tax dollars to replace some of these poles owned by Frontier, how can the city just walk away from the issue? Two Harbors better identify their poles, and stop spending precious taxpayer monies on someone else’s property. C’mon, Mayor, show some leadership!
