It will be interesting to see if the votes actually reflect this. Much like we have seen with Gay Marriage polls around the country, these numbers don’t always accurately reflect the results at the booth.

Also, we have completely destroyed the notion of what a “public” place is. This used to be limited to government-owned property. Now, it is simply used as anywhere people go, whether it is privately-owned or government-owned. Slippery slope which is leading to the demise of property rights.

As I said before, NYC has shown that govt control will not stop at smoking laws…pop, salt, fats, and whatever some don’t agree to and want their preferences imposed on all. Watch for a limit on steaks to 2 ozs, no butter, all organic food.
