It seems Mr Dalman likes to control who and when he communicates. People who are ignored get labeled as rude and inconsiderate. Persistent callers could be taken care of just by answering their calls and not shutting them out by ignoring them. The effort expended in avoiding them is greater than what would be if he just answered them instead of letting it boil over into ill-tempered outbursts that demonstrate lack of phone etiquette. Perhaps, he should take lessons from our transparent leader in Washington D.C. who finds time to run the country and still makes the Leno and Letterman shows and work in a few rounds of golf. Just think of the time he’d waste if he had to evade questions and stonewall the tough questions.
