It’s not “just a penny” but it is just 1%. Yes, 1 is 25% of 4 but that doesn’t mean it’s a 25% increase. Is the proposed tax rate increase to the wealthy 3% or 8%….it’s 3.
The rest of the letter is just scare tactics that don’t hold water.
