So once again our lawmakers are worrying about fluff vs substance when it comes to their jobs.. They are worried more about a state statute that can’t be enacted vs ensuring that there are adequate roads, infrastructure and law enforcement in Western North Dakota.
They are worried more about if Dumbrimple should say I do vs actually figuring out why over 200 sections of our statutes have some bearing on our property taxes.
Yep sounds like ND Legislature moves all right.
