U.S. Senate candidate tries to break through the state news vacuum

Sen. Amy Klobuchar, from Minnesota, probably has much higher name recognition in western Wisconsin than Tammy Baldwin. So Baldwin, a Democratic congresswoman from the Madison area Wisconsin who is running for the U.S. Senate against Republican Tommy Thompson, brought Klobuchar along to help her campaign Friday, Oct. 12, in Hudson, River Falls and Spring Valley. One of the most liberal US Senators is borrowed from MN by the most liberal Congresswoman from WI to try to appear “moderate”. Now that’s desparate.
Tell us Tammy, what are the details of your plan to reduce the national debt? Do you consider debt that will take generations to pay off to be an acceptable moral value?
Since Tammy sits on the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, and the Environment and Economy subcommittee, I can personally say, THANK YOU, for the regulatory related increases in my electric bill ($7.21 on my last electric bill that was about $90), and THANK YOU for voting against jobs, such as the Keystone Pipeline. (Baldwin votes 27% for jobs, based on Chamber of Commerce criteria.*)
Let’s see, a vote for Tammy gets you:
1. more regulation which steals more money from my pocket (and yours)
2. not interested in creating jobs
3. borrowing $ to give “stuff” to people is good, with no plan how to repay it
4. another lawyer who had no problem voting for Obamacare, who DID NOT read the bill prior to voting for it. (Remeber Nancy Pelosi told US citizens, “We have to pass it to know what’s in it…”)
I’m voting for Tommy Thompson. He knows how to cut debt, and has good ideas, such as removing interstate commerce barriers to lower health insurance costs, to reign in health care costs without creating more debt.

Explain how Baldwin plans to deal with the debt?
(and don’t bother with tax the wealthy bs…I suggest you read this blog post: http://theeconomiccollapseblog.com/archives/it-is-now-mathematically-impossible-to-pay-off-the-u-s-national-debt)
How important is dealing with the debt? HS econ: more dollars (Fed printing money, as they are now doing since even China has almost stopped buying US debt) chasing goods = inflation.

Well, you left out part of the comment, the part where Jason Thompson actually says, “We have the opportunity to send President Obama back to Chicago – or Kenya.” And Jason did apologize for the Kenya mention in his statement.
Reminds me of what Paul Ryan said during the VP debate about Biden’s verbal gaffes, “”The Vice President very well knows that the words don’t always come out the right way.”
How about real outrage over a real issue? *
What do you think about an exotic dancer making $85,000 a month in tips getting food stamps? (Obama policies have led to an increased food stamp use, and an article on the results of Obama changing state work requirement impact on the problem: washingtonexaminer.com/crs-report-number-of-able-bodied-adults-on-food-stamps-doubled-after-obama-suspended-work-requirement/article/2508430 )
Or how about the $1.5 BILLION spent on subsidized phone service, which includes over 16 MILLION FREE cell phones?
Does HuffPo cover these kinds of important stories…, or are you just that desperate to create more squirrel issues to get another big spending lib elected?

It’s a real issue whether you think so or not. It shows character. Character happens to be important to me. And I believe the apple does not fall far from the tree!
