The budget problem is a direct result of collective bargaining agreements that are so one sided that the districts have no choice but to go along with whatever the union wants. Making matters worse is the fact that any school board candidate that is not a union lackey is so smeared and harassed that they throw their hands up and quit.
Until the public comes to the realization that all this altruistic philosophy is just a bunch of error we shall see the bankrupting of or country.
