DNT, this wasn’t a “debate”. This was a legal victory for a local newspaper over a Fortune 100 company.
“..for the work the company did in helping to build new facilities” Helping?” DNT makes it sound like they were part of a Habitat for Humanity project.

There will be more rulings yet to come on the fraud covering the St. Louis County Schools, JCI and the school board. This is the second ruling the “jackpine savages” gained over those who thought they were just that…jackpine savages.

Sure wish the DNT would look into the Duluth situation….or someone, as a couple of small groups have tried looking into ISD 709 / JCI …..but have been shot down…..just trying to seek truth and justice in Duluth! The DNT is certainly NOT going to do this….as they were ( and still are ) the biggest cheerleader for the Red Plan! This whole thing “stinks to high heaven”…..and there has been so much waste, and skullduggery here between JCI…..ISD 709….Dixon…..and who knows who else was / has been involved! JCI seemingly……has hoodwinked Duluth……but maybe the Timberjay court victory will set a precedent! JCI’s materials, contracts, and any other pertinent info…..is public information….as they contracted with a PUBLIC gov’t entity….so, ALL info should be made public…..and also……the public has the right to know…..the total profit that was made by JCI on the Red Plan!
