An agreement was signed. A new agreement will most likely be signed. Four years from now we will be back to signing another new agreement. Nothing ever changes in the political arena of tribe vs state laws and regulations. Funny how if ND is not happy, though, a new agreement would never be signed. This is just typical that the three affliates come back once again asking for more. I can remember a day that when the tribe made a agreement it was upheld by both ends and no one complained. Get over it if it was good enought four years ago it had better be good enough know.
