I firmly believe we should not hold a juvenile record against an adult who is making strides at an honest living and a career. If we allow mistakes we have made as teens to be used against us especially if we are staying out of trouble and continuing an education then what path are we putting a person on? Everyone deserves a break and its up to those who receive these breaks to stay on the right path. Allowing a mistake as a juvenile to be used against someone makes it difficult for that person to want to change for the good and limits a persons options.
