As I would say for all multiple felons, to bad we don’t have a “3 strike” policy!

Ironically Minnesota does not while Illinois does which may explain why so many of the thugs would rather live in MN than Chicago?

The War on Drugs (now in it’s 42nd year, but we’re winning!) is simply another opportunity for this career criminal to continue his unsavory life. I anticipate his 10th conviction in the future.
