These lawsuits were filed because of the activities of commissioners Kevin Cramer and Brian Kalk as candidates, not because of anything they did in the execution of their duties as commissioners. Any success that Cramer and Kalk have had in North Dakota is an embarassment to our state. We need to elect people who will represent us with integrity and good judgment.
