Let’s see:
Obama rally on Bascom Hill causes UW Madison Chancellor to cancel classes for the day in buildings adjacent to Bascom Hill. Just how much is that college education costing? And professors were advised how to deal with the loss of classroom time with 3 suggestions: hold class in another location, email class notes to students, or incorporate the lost lesson into future lessons.
The campaign rally could have been held at the Dane Co Colliseum, instead Obama needed to disrupt the education of students, all to repeat the same campaign speech he gave earlier in the day. He obviously doesn’t worry about the costs or impacts his taxpayer-funded campaign trips have on everyday people.
