Zhoosh, like many artists, is particular about his tools. He prefers card stock to paper and finger paint to acrylics. And sometimes he’s just not in the mood to be creative.

The Lake Superior Zoo did the same thing years ago, I believe that it was with the penguins (who actually froze when they were here)

I sure am glad I can comment about otters painting but not about one of the people charged with serving and protecting us punching out a guy in a wheelchair.
