The city should designate right-turn lanes on 2nd St. at this intersection so people will not pass in the right, avoiding deadly accidents like this.

I’d also like to see the city mark a center left-turn lane along 2nd St. from Pudge’s Bar south to Coulee,and eliminate the 4-lane section there. This would fix many problems caused by left-turners along this strip.
