ST. PAUL Two Republican state senators allege in a complaint filed Thursday that Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie uses state money to campaign against a proposed constitutional amendment that would require voters to show photographic identification.

Ritchie was bought and paid for by ACORN. Of course he’s acting this way. Why is anyone surprised? I’m still waiting to see charges filed against him.
