“The Lake Superior Treatment Center, Northeastern Minnesota’s only methadone clinic for the treatment of drug addicts,…” ——— This very first sentence to the story is FALSE based on the DNT’s own investigation fo the methadone clinic. This clinic simply hands out large amounts of methadone to addicts whenever they need it. That is called “enabling”, it certainly is not “treatment”. This clinic serves no positive influence on treatment for these addicts. It simply makes getting their drugs easier, quicker and cheaper for them.

Since there are, according to a pervious DNT story) essentially no successfully cleaned up clients of this “clinic” I contend that this is NOT a clinic. It is just legalized drug distribution, at taxpayers expense. Why should the taxpayers be required to support an enabler such as this Drug Dealer (not clinic).

Really? Who polices that? Obviously they don’t force these people to take their drug under the watchful eye of a counselor. Perhaps it’s time to shutter this taxpayer funded “enabler” clinic.

unfortunatley if this facility does close, we know where they will end up-Brainerd facility. Which is another place that should be closed and charged with the same crime as the lady from Carlton County.

The two upstanding, productive, contributing members of society that were just killed the other day by two pieces of useless filth high on this crap should be reason enough to shut all of these down. Grow up, develop some self respect, accept responsibility for your behavior and contribute something to society is my advice to all of these strung out pieces of garbage.
