We lose another one, how sad. Some of the best eateries in the country were right here, but for some reason, they keep leaving us. Let’s see: the Chinese Lantern, Jolly Fisher, Elbo Room, Library & Zona Rosa, Louis Cafe (both Grand Avenue and Superior), the Highland, Black Steer, LeGrand. How many have I missed? Heck, we had the best greasie spoons like J&A and Jim’s Hamburgers. Progress isn’t always for the best.
