call me stupid, but I’ll reply … so Carl (deep sigh here) are you saying that President Obama and his policies are responsible for the price of land?? What, pray tell, were you saying in the 1980s when the price of land skyrocketed under President Reagan? Do you remember the 1980s, they weren’t very fun … our mortgage interest was 10 3/4%! Yes savings yielded a high interest rate, but who had the money to save??? Only those pretty well off. I voted for President Reagan twice … under some sort of loyalty to the Republican party … now we praise a man who destroyed rural economies! Yes, I remember the 1980s well! I hope you come on here now and say vile things about President Reagan … that seems fair to me!
